Another Moroccan Mountain Summit

12 Happy and Proud trekkers standing at 13871 feet above see level (4167m) on the summit of Jebel Toubkal in the Moroccan Atlas Mountains. The tallest mountain in North Africa where everything around you is lower. Far below to the south stretches out the Sahara Desert and the iconic Jebel Siroua mountain. The team here are about to descend and head for the souks of Marrakech for some retail therapy. After of course a good quantity of Tagine, the typical Moroccan dish.


The next trek in the Azzedene Valley will be:
29 September to the 4th October 2016

and the next Toubkal trek is scheduled for :
20 - 25 April 2017
